What is the turnaround time on custom orders?

     Orders are processed and we begin personalization in 48 hours. Large orders (wedding favors, team orders, etc) take an additional two weeks.

 

Can you personalize with my company name or logo?

     YES! You provide us with the name and image and we will make it for you at NO additional charge!

 

Are there additional designs available or can I collaborate with you to create my own?

     YES! We love creating new images and designs and are happy to collaborate with you.  Most designs can be done at NO additional cost to you!

 

Do you personalize other products?

     We have more products available than we post on our site.  Due to stock issues and occasional supply chain issues, we only list what is readily available. If you have a special request, a design element you would like personalized, or a special decor item you would like crafted, please contact us at   info@customcreationsbyjanine.com and we will get back to you!
